Birmingham-based app Coolbus now includes babysitter finder

Hay parents! There’s a new app in town, and you’re going to love it. Get ready to hop on the Coolbus because this Birmingham-based app is worth a download.

What is Coolbus?

Coolbus is a parent solutions app that provides childcare options to busy parents. 

The app initially got its start as a kids’ carpooling app that allowed parents to connect with trusted drivers within their community.

Now, it offers even more. The Birmingham-based company announced it has now expanded to include babysitting. 

How it Works

The Coolbus app uses a trust network to match parents with trusted carpool drivers and childcare options in their community based on connections, endorsements, trust scores and local proximity. 

Think of it as the modern day equivalent of asking your neighbor for a childcare recommendation. 

Every drive and babysitter recommended via the Coolbus app has been endorsed, either by someone parents know, or by someone they share a connection with.

2. Create a profile.
3. Post your carpool or babysitting request to the Coolbus Job Board.

The Coolbus Trust Engine then sets to work to find you the best possible carpool and babysitting options in your area.
