National Ice Cream Day is Sunday, July 19, and we’ll take any excuse to grab a sweet treat AND beat the heat. (Alabama summers, amiright?) Here are 5 ice cream shops serving up scoops of creamy goodness you need to try this weekend in Birmingham.
Ice Cream, No Cakey-Cake 🍦
I scream! You scream! We all scream for ice cream! (Because it’s insufferably hot outside and unlike taking an ice-bath or sitting in front of an industrial-sized fan for hours, ice cream is actually an enjoyable way to stay cool!)
Thankfully, Birmingham is brimming with ice cream shops so you never have to wonder where your next cone will come from. Here are a 5 of our favorites:
