Why is Collier’s Nursery one of Birmingham’s most popular garden centers? Exceptional and informative customer service is one reason. Another is its large selection of high-quality plants and garden items.

Curbside pickup and delivery ($15) are available Monday-Friday.
For same-day curbside pickup or delivery, orders must be placed by 10AM that day. Orders received after 10AM will be available the next weekday.

Founded in 1974, this shop has been a favorite of locals in Birmingham for some time.

Hanna’s Nursery
From potted herbs to trees that require a forklift to move, you can a broad range of items to choose from at Hanna’s Nursery.
What’s cool about Hanna’s Nursery is its set up. It’s divided into sections by sunlight needs—full sun, partial sun and shade only. This being said, it’s a great place to do some wandering. So when social distancing draws to a close, be sure to visit.

Any shop that’s guarded by a chonky cat draws me in, which is why Sweet Peas Garden Shop is one of my favorites. Plus, they offer so much! From seeds, herbs and shrubs to soil, bark and pine straw, this shop offers everything you seek for your garden.
Social distance shopping is made exceptionally easy, too. Just call, send a message via social media or shop the website to find what you’re looking for, place your order and have it ready for curbside pickup or delivered right to your door.
Local deliveries over $50 are free to the over the mountain area.

Murphree’s Market & Garden Center
Located in Vestavia Hills, Murphree’s Garden Center is your one-stop-shop for all your gardening must-haves.
