Smoosh Cookies is a franchise that specializes in gourmet ice cream sandwiches. Other locations include Houston, Texas and Katy, Texas. You know what this means? Yep, this is the very first location in Alabama. Lucky us!

There are just three simple steps to take when ordering:
- Pick two cookie flavors
- Pick your ice cream flavor
- Add toppings
Then… SMOOSH! Your ice cream cookie sandwich is pressed together into an eye-opening, Insta-worthy treat. Perfecto!
The tough part will be choosing which flavors and toppings you want from their extensive menu. Here’s a peek at some of the choices:
