A guide to spring 2020 consignment sales in Birmingham

1) Lil’ Lambs Consignment Sale

Lil’ Lambs Consignment Sale offers gently used clothing, toys and furniture twice a year. The sale supports the missions of Trinity United Methodist Church in Homewood.

2) Giggles and Grace Consignment Sale

Spring and summer baby and children’s clothing is available at this sale.

3) Bargains on the Bluff Consignment Sale

This sale has a discount day with 25% off select items Saturday, February 29. Proceeds from the sale support Bluff Park UMC’s Vacation Bible School and summer camps.

4) Sweet Repeats Consignment Sale

Sweet Repeats Consignment Sale is held each February and September at Mountain Brook Community Church. They have a host of children’s items. A portion of the proceeds from the sale will go toward the church’s missions.

5) Whale of a Sale

This children’s consignment sale is hosted by the Weekday Parent Partners of Vestavia Day School.

6) Twice as Nice Consignment Sale

Birmingham Area Mothers of Multiples (BAMOM) sponsors this sale, but you don’t have to be a parent of multiples to participate!

7) Riverchase TNT Children’s Consignment Sale

The TNT (Tried and True) Consignment Sale is a fundraiser for Riverchase Day School and Riverchase United Methodist Church.

This maternity and kids consignment sale benefits Mountaintots Christian School. Why buy new maternity clothes when you can find them used for a much better price? In addition to clothing, this sale offers baby gear, books, puzzles and more.

9) Kids Market and Mom Consignment Sale

This is a big one, y’all. 80,000 SF of retail space in Irondale is dedicated to children’s and maternity items. Check it out in March.

Located down the road in Alabaster, this sale features children’s items and maternity clothing, books and more. Proceeds benefit children’s ministries at Alabaster First United Methodist Church.

We couldn’t leave our Trussville neighbors off the list! There will be loads of children’s clothes and toys available at this sale.

12) Junior League of Birmingham’s Bargain Carousel

Birmingham looks forward to the Junior League of Birmingham’s Bargain Carousel event each year. Referred to as Birmingham’s 1,000-family garage sale, this sale has home items, children’s clothing and toys, and a whole lot more. The League is changing things up a bit in 2020:

• Bargain Bash will be focused on small businesses and Birmingham makers this year. The event will be held February 27 at the Junior League Building. Address: 2212 20th Ave. S., Birmingham, AL 35223.
• Bargain Pop-Up will be a community support event and sale at the YWCA of Central Alabama in downtown Birmingham on April 4. Address: 2324 3rd Ave. N., Birmingham, AL 35203.
• The official Bargain Carousel sale will take place at the Junior League of Birmingham on April 25. Address: 2212 20th Ave S., Birmingham, AL 35223.
