Icing, Candy, Trains—Oh My!
‘Tis the season to be jolly, and McWane Science Center is showing its holiday spirit with two festive family-friendly events this weekend. On Saturday, December 14 from 11AM-3PM, attend Santa’s Gingerbread Workshop and engineer a masterpiece with icing, candy and more sweet treats. Order your gingerbread house in advance. $10 (Members), $15 (Non-Members). House not included in cost of admission to science center.
At 3PM on Saturday and Sunday, December 14-15, venture to McWane’s IMAX Theatre for special screenings of The Polar Express. Tickets.
Christmas in the Gartenbar
Celebrate the season Brat Brot style on Saturday, December 14 from noon-6PM during their German Christmas Market. Drink hot mulled wine, shop holiday treats from local artists and vendors and more!
