It’s that time of year again! I feel a food coma coming on. Trucks by the Tracks presented by American Family Care is happening Sunday, October 13th from 11AM to 5PM. Birmingham’s best food trucks gather at Railroad Park to create a foodie’s paradise. Here’s all you need to know about the event!
Birmingham, get ready for a food coma and good tunes!
An array of Birmingham’s most drool-worthy food trucks will gather at Railroad Park Sunday, Oct. 13th so get ready for good vibes and even better food. Vendors will be serving up all of your favorites from hot chicken, burgers, and tacos to popsicles, ice cream, and smoothie bowls.
You might want to take a break after your 3rd food truck of the day and Trucks by the Tracks has got you covered. There will be lawn games and activities set up throughout the park. You’ll also have the chance to jam out and dance off a few calories to live music. Local bands will perform throughout the afternoon. Headliners include Lady Legs, The Greenlight Band, Camino Latino, DJ Slim Robb, and UAB Golden Girls.

General Admission
- $5 in advance
- $8 at the gate
- Children under 12 receive free general admission entry!
- Railroad Park members get in FREE!
VIP…if you want to ball out
- $25 in advance ($15 for children)
- $35 at the gate ($25 for children)
- $80 in advance for a group of four
I just spent a lil extra on VIP tickets. What perks do I get?
Good question! The VIP experience presented by Piggly Wiggly will be on the Regions Bank 17th Street Plaza. There’s plenty of SHADED seating and a private cash bar. The VIP section offers complimentary snacks, Coca-Cola products, and water because you should always hydrate before you die-drate. Don’t miss your chance to check out the FlashBar and enter some Kendra Scott giveaways while you’re there.

Trucks by the Tracks is presented by American Family Care. It is one of Railroad Park’s biggest annual fundraising events and ALL proceeds support Birmingham’s own front lawn. Gates open at 11 am and attendees pay the trucks directly for their mouth-watering food. See yall there!
