The tournament will happen at Lay Lake at Beeswax Creek Park. 245 Beeswax Park Rd, Columbiana, AL 35051
When
There will be a mandatory (for at least one team member) Captain’s Meeting at Beeswax Park on Friday, April 12th at 6 PM. The tournament will be on Saturday, April 13 starting at safe daylight and lasting until weigh in at 3 PM.
Why
The tournament will benefit King’s Home of Alabama. King’s Home is a large non-profit organization which provides essential services to abused youth, moms, and children fleeing domestic violence. They operate 22 Christ-centered therapeutic group homes and independent-living facilities in four Alabama counties. They teach necessary life skills and provide tangible services to help residents heal from devastating pasts, break the cycle of abuse, build healthy relationships and become independent, productive members of the community.

How
The registration fee is $250 per boat, and the deadline to register is the morning of the tournament. Contestants may fish alone or with a partner. There is a two person per boat rule. At least one team member must be 18 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a signed parent or guardian release of liability. Register online here.
Ready to Win?
- The top 14 teams will win cash prizes—1st Place wins $7500! The total prize payout is $17,800. (!!!) All prize money will be paid out after the final results are settled.
- A Nissan Titan Crew Cab Truck is up for grabs for participants. To be entered into the random drawing for the truck, you must pre-register online AND go by one of the Nissan stores and test drive a Titan truck. Your test drive ticket will go into the random drawing at the weigh-in.
