You know the holiday season is full of hustle and bustle. It’s the same in home furnishings. “If you are going to do any special ordering or custom orders it will take 6-8 weeks, especially with October approaching and Thanksgiving right around the corner,” said Bowman. “We put in 12 hour days, 7 days a week to make sure everyone can have a beautiful living room or dining room before company arrives,” she added.

“If you are a designer, this is in your blood, so when you get up from the table and you have created a vision that the customer can see and love, they don’t shake your hand, they hug you! I’ve had some customers cry.”

“I love my job. It is so rewarding,” declared Bowman.

Teamwork – doing it right

If this is a project you need done for the holidays, La-Z-Boy will take good care of you.  Everyone is involved, from salespeople and designers to delivery staff and even the owners, each making sure that everything is implemented and installed just the way you like it into your home.

It is a team effort.
