Birmingham, it looks like we are getting some new condos! The New Ideal condos/lofts will be a redevelopment of the historic New Ideal building. 

The New Ideal has taken a cue from Sidewalk Film Festival, Birmingham’s popular film fest, that is going on now. If you look closely, you can see that their advertisement for the lofts looks like a movie ticket.

Combining Forces

The condos are being built and developed by local building company and architecture firm Creature in collaboration with H2 Real Estate. Creature is the joint work of Golden Construction and Appleseed Workshop.

The building will offer more than 40 units, consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as studios.
