Who says only Babe Ruff, the Barons fun-loving canine mascot, can attend baseball games? Nothing beats hanging out at the ballpark with friends, family and man’s best friend.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to bring your dog to a professional baseball game.

On Wednesdays July 25 and August 15, the Birmingham Barons will be holding their last two Wet Nose Wednesdays at Regions Field this season.

It is an unforgettable combination. Dogs and a good cause.

Here is how Wet Nose Wednesday works. For $15 you can bring your dog to the game and receive a special Doggie Bag package that includes a General Admission ticket, Barons dog bandana, a hot dog and a donation to the charity partner of the night.

The cause

On Wednesday, July 25, the chosen charity is the Birmingham Boston Terrier Rescue. In August, on the 11th, the Wet Nose Wednesday benefactor will be Children’s of Alabama.
