Shake Shack is a critically acclaimed, modern day “roadside” burger stand known for:

  • 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers
  • Chicken sandwiches (no added hormones or antibiotics – ever!)
  • Griddled flat-top hot dogs
  • Fresh-made frozen custard
  • Crispy crinkle-cut fries
  • Craft beer
  • Wine

The Birmingham Shack menu will feature all of the Shack classics, like the ShackBurger, crinkle-cut fries and hand-spun shakes. There will also be a delicious selection of frozen custards with help from local food purveyors.

Throw in a fun and lively atmosphere, an outdoor patio and plenty of seats and the Shack is a great place for all.

“We’re proud to bring our first Alabama Shack Shack to Birmingham, a city with such distinct culture and charm,” said Randy Garutti, Shake Shack SEO. “We’re eager to join Birmingham’s flourishing culinary scene and offer the community a great place to grab a burger and father with family and friends.”

All of you environmentalists in the ‘ham will be especially pleased with Shake Shack’s commitment to green architecture and eco-friendly construction, too.

The Birmingham Shack will be constructed with recycled and sustainable materials. Booths, for instance, will be made from lumbar certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. What’s especially cool is that table tops will be made from reclaimed bowling alley lanes.

Delicious food, a fun atmosphere and an environmentally-friendly company? Sounds like a win for summer 2018 in Birmingham.

Are you a fan of Shake Shack?
