Tonight: YPBirmingham’s September Social with a DJ, open bar, and very special guests

YPBirmingham’s monthly social is coming up TOMORROW. Know the what, when, where, and learn a little about the YP’s monthly outreach organization and their new partnership with UAB Football. Plus, we’ll be there.

YPBirmingham September Social

TOMORROW, September 20th, Young Professionals of Birmingham will gather for their monthly Social for all kinds of camaraderie. Head to Birmingham Botanical Garden for a DJ, networking, food, philanthropy, drink specials (open bar for members) and more.

Y’all know the drill: YP members get in for FREE, and non-member guest tickets are $10.

Come on out, rain or shine, to the September Social for all kinds of fun! Members can enjoy the open beer and wine bar while DJ Barron keeps the dance floor full and kickin’. Who said networking can’t be fun?

Non-members can sign up at the event and have up to $30 donated to the American Red Cross for hurricane disaster relief efforts. Each new sign up will have $20 donated + an extra $10 if referred by a YPBirmingham Member. Extra perks for new members: your name will be entered TWICE for a drawing of 10 pairs of tickets to UAB’s Homecoming game on October 7th in the YP Section.

Special Guests

This month, YP Social goers will get a triple dose of special local guests.

1.) In conjunction with the YP and UAB Football partnership, Members are able to purchase $8 home game tickets. Rumor has it that there will be chances to win free tickets to the Homecoming game.

2.) Birmingham Botanical Gardens will have a table set up for more information on the Gardens itself and how to become a member of Friends of the Botanical Gardens. You’ll also be able to learn more about the upcoming Antiques at the Gardens.

3.) Last, and certainly not least, Bham Now will be there! We’ll have a table set up where you can see our smiling faces. Learn more about us, our BOLD Speaker Series, and sign up for our fabulous weekly newsletters.

Where: The Hill Garden at Birmingham Botanical Gardens. In case of rain, the event will be moved across the street to the Ireland Room.
