An exciting new tech startup called Delect recently partnered with Serendipity, a fast-casual restaurant inside of Innovation Depot. See how this app is changing the way restaurants and customers interact!
Delect, a recent graduate of Innovation Depot’s Velocity accelerator, has now partnered with the Depot’s own Serendipity, expanding its service to the entrepreneurs of Birmingham.
Customers of Serendipity can now pay using the app on their phone, making their dining more efficient, and giving restaurants like Serendipity insight into their customers’ preferences.
Serendipity’s partnership with Delect shows their support of the startup community within their own building.
Serge Amouzou, owner of Delect, explained at Innovation Depot’s Demo day,
“Restaurants get to see where their customers are, assign them to a table, process orders…and essentially restaurants get to know exactly who you are as a customer and invite you back in…based on your eating preferences.”
Other restaurants that partner with Delect are Chef Tony’s Restaurant, John’s City Diner, Cosecha Urban Kitchen, and The Atomic Lounge.
