Two locations mean even more delicious biscuits for Bham. The Pizitz Food Hall welcomed their newest addition, the Alabama Biscuit Company, this past Wednesday.

The 11th addition to the Pizitz food stalls will be bringing their own twist to your favorite breakfast item. If you haven’t had the chance to give them a try now’s your chance because they are right downtown and better than ever.

So, what can you expect from their menu (other than a whole lot of goodness)? They offer whole-grain biscuits with a wide array of toppings that are made from fresh, local ingredients. They also offer other breakfast favorites like organic corn grits, old fashioned oatmeal with maple and pecans and grainless granola with organic yogurt and milk.

Current menu favorites include the Croque Madame which features smoked ham, farm eggs, grass-fed cheddar, along with house lemon aioli and herbs as well as their Goat Cheese, Pecan and Honey Biscuit.

Entrees range in price from $7.99 to 10.99, varying per item.

Planning on making a trip to this yummy spot? Their hours are 7am to 2pm Sunday through Friday and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm.
