You can get a good marg anywhere in Birmingham, as you’ll notice in the neighborhood locations below. Find the one closest to you, or the farthest, or do a margarita trail and visit them all… As long as you have fun doing it (with a designated driver, of course).

Cantina Tortilla Grill – Pepper Place
Most popular marg: Prickly Pear and the Cantina Margarita (key lime)
Specials for National Margarita Day: All 6 margaritas will be $5 all day. Just the names will make you thirsty… Cantina Margarita, Prickly Pear Rita, Peach Rita, Guava Rita, The Perfect Margarita, and the Sol y Luna Margarita.
Also for dinner only, the appetizer trio (salsa, Guacamole and cheese dip) will be on special for $6 and the Mini Tacos Trio for $8.
Taco Mama – Homewood, Crestline Village, & The Summit
Most popular marg: The Mi Casa margarita made with Blanco tequila, a splash of orange juice, triple sec and fresh-squeezed lime juice – all shaken over the shoulder – which makes the difference between a mediocre margarita and an ahh-mazing one.
Specials for National Margarita Day: Mi Casa margaritas will be half price all day ($4).
Fun fact: Taco Mama has 10 different margaritas, including a “skinny” low-carb option and seasonal watermelon. Pro tip: Get the pitcher.
Rojo – Highland Park
Most popular marg: Standard Marg. Next most popular is the Spicy Margarita (with jalapenos!), then the Sangria Swirl.
