Join us on February 8, 2020 at the Harbert Center for our annual Wild About Chocolate fundraising event. Enjoy entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, a silent auction, a live auction, and more, including our education raptors. Owl-O-Ween

Alabama Wildlife Center 100 Terrace Drive, Pelham, AL

Join us (appropriately distanced and masked, of course) for yummy treat bags and fun activities, and hang out with live owls, hawks, falcons, and our resident bald eagle, Shelby! We also don’t want you to miss our release of a rehabilitated owl back into the wild–a rare and exhilarating experience! Free after admission to Oak Mountain State Park ($5 for adults, $2 for children ages 4-11 and those 62 or older).

Join us for the seventeenth annual Wild About Chocolate (Virtual) Gala. Due to COVID concerns, our event has been restricted to a solely virtual auction. Now, more than ever, we need your help. Your support enables AWC to care for Alabama’s injured and orphaned native birds in order to permit their return to the wild, and to provide conservation education to people of all ages to heighten awareness and appreciation of Alabama’s native wildlife resources.
