Job Description:

At Regions, the Wealth Management Business Solutions Generalist is responsible for developing internal and external Wealth Management communications including newsletters, media submissions, special events, and other advertising activities. In addition, this role develops the sales enablement resources that support Wealth Management, participates in multiple working groups, and contributes to various training activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development of newsletters, media submissions, special events, and other advertising activities
  • Collaborates with Wealth Strategy Team, business groups, and other internal teams to develop Wealth Management communications including Insights Magazine, Bank intranet, Bank public website (Regions.com), and other related special events and publications
  • Partners with the Wealth Management Voice of the Client Analyst to develop plans and campaigns to attract and retain Wealth clients
  • Provides input into new and innovative ways to communicate both internally and externally while identifying and solving for gaps
  • Facilitates and leads Advisory Councils and Assistant Councils
  • Participates in various working groups including Build the Best Team, Brand Consolidation and Customer Transparency
  • Works with the Mentor Onboarding Program
  • Contributes to Client Experience training, subject matter training, and leadership development

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • One (1) year of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related experience

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management and clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to write for various audience levels
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of innovative marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Strong organizational skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
