Responsibilities

• Maintain a basic understanding of all AAA programs
• Serve as contact for Senior Center Managers and staff
• Support senior center staff for meal error or delivery issues; escalate to Nutrition Coordinator as needed
• Assist with data entry, generating reports, and invoicing ensuring all is accurate and timely
• Work with the Nutrition Coordinator to conduct bi-annual monitoring visits of each senior center
• Train new Senior Center Managers and provide ongoing training as needed to senior center staff
• Plan and lead Senior Center monthly training meeting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Excellent computer experience with Microsoft operations and ability to learn computer applications quickly;

Proven ability to work in a team-based environment;

Strong organizational skills

Education/Experience

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum two years relevant professional work experience preferred

Requirements:

Valid Alabama driver’s license, Reliable transportation, Proof of automobile insurance commensurate with State law, Background checks to include but not limited to criminal record, drug screen, and TB test, Normal office environment with occasional overtime and travel throughout the state
