We are a high-performing boutique residential real estate brokerage with approximately 50 agents serving the Birmingham and surrounding areas. Our mission is to support our agents with strong systems, values, brand visibility and modern marketing strategies that help them win more listings and close more transactions.
We are seeking someone experienced in the marketing field to lead brokerage-wide marketing efforts, support agent success and elevate our brand presence locally and digitally.
Position Summary:
The Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, agent productivity, lead generation and community relationships. This role is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with leadership and agents to ensure marketing efforts are consistent, effective and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Marketing Support & Training
- Strategic Marketing and Brand Management
- Digital Marketing, Social Media and Content
- Events, PR & Community Outreach
- Vendor, Budget & System Management
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience (real estate preferred)
- Proven experience with Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of social media and email marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Real Estate brokerage or team marketing experience
- Paid ads management
- Video marketing and basic editing knowledge
- Canva, Adobe or similar design tools
