Your Role

As a member of the leadership team, you will:

• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Maintain a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Ensure smooth daily operations that meet or exceed company standards.
• Strive to achieve and surpass site-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Recruit, hire and train your staff.
• Oversee labor management, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Effectively manage Profit & Loss (P&L) by monitoring expenses such as chemicals and utilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and educate them on our services, including the benefits of our unlimited wash club.
• Maintain quality control through routine checks and ensure the site is clean, safe, and inviting.
• Learn the car wash process and gain an understanding of the equipment.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (2-year college degree preferred).
• Previous leadership experience (required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, sense of urgency, and a professional demeanor.
