Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and administration of cloud-based systems, primarily AWS and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and security of cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based application deployments and integrations.
- Assist in the implementation and support of Al-related platform.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements or innovations.
Qualifications:
Required –
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred –
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Intune, and Identity Management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Exposure to Al or machine learning platforms in a cloud environment is a plus.
- Familiar with AWS platforms
Education:
- High school education or equivalent required.
- College degree and / or technical degree required
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
5+ years of related experience
Working Conditions:
Normal office hours with some overtime requirements; flexibility necessary.
Dress is business casual (exceptions when job requires)
