Notes Woodrow Hall is an all-inclusive historic banquet hall/wedding venue located in the heart of Woodlawn several minutes from Downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The venue spanning an area of 3,800 square feet, has been restored and has large windows, exposed brick walls and a large dancefloor in its main ballroom. Woodrow Hall features timeless, unique architectural designs and serves as the perfect location for all events including anniversary dinners, weddings, celebrations of life, and much more. Facilities and Capacity Woodrow Hall can accommodate up to 400 guest with three event spaces to choose from. There are also separate Bride and Groom suites located on different floors for privacy. The main ballroom (Compass Room) seats up to 200; 400 standing has a large attached foyer w/ exposed brick and excellent sound system w/ a projector and screen. The Magnolia Room seats up to 100; 150 standing is the latest one to undergo refurbishment and features high ceilings, superb lighting, shiny 100-year-old floors and century-old woodwork. It also has a portable rolling bar which makes the room customizable. The smallest room is our Azalea Room which seats up to 35; 50 standing and has an excellent view of the city with large windows for great lighting. Services Offered Woodrow Hall has in-house services mostly provided by Royalty Pastries LLC that offers a variety of services for any event, which includes: Event planning & coordinating Full Scale Decorating Floral (live & silk) Cakes & treats Catering (buffet, hors d’oeuvres, cocktail reception, plated, dessert, tastings) and bar services Lighting/sound/dj/photography, videography/dancing on clouds/ etc. Set up/Clean up We do EVERYTHING!!!
