On Saturday, July 11th, a vibrant wellness event will take place at Total on 1st Dermatology in Birmingham, AL. Kicking off the day from 10 to 11 A.M. is the True40 Class, a Pilates flow session designed to energize and rejuvenate participants. This class is free but space is limited! Following the class, from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M., the Total Wellness Pop-Up Shop will showcase an array of offerings including skincare samples, and a Visia skin analysis for personalized skincare insights. Attendees can also experience a trial of Voya’s effervescence treatment, encouraging a holistic approach to health and beauty.
We can’t wait to see everyone to celebrate wellness with the downtown Birmingham community!
