- What: For America’s 250th birthday, The American Village in Montevallo is going all out this summer, and it includes a two day music and food celebration July 3–4. This special event honors Alabama’s rich musical heritage with live music from artists across the state, celebrity chef demos, food eating contests, a fireworks show on Saturday night and more.
