Join Chef Adam Evans at Automatic Seafood and Oysters as he partners with Chef and pitmaster Shane McBride, co-founder of New York’s acclaimed Pig Beach BBQ for a one-night only collaboration dinner as a part of the Southbound 2026 food festival. The menu features inspiration from both chef’s cooking techniques including smoked-touched seafood and barbecue.
