Get ready for giant problems, questionable life choices, and the ultimate fairytale mashup as Into the Woods opens at the Leeds Arts Council!
Ever wonder what happens after “Happily Ever After”? Turns out, it’s a hot mess. Come watch:
- Cinderella lose a shoe, find a prince, and immediately regret it
- A Baker and his Wife argue over a literal grocery list of magic items
- Jack trade his beloved cow for… a handful of beans (great financial strategy, Jack).
- A very snarky Witch who just wants her golden Rapunzel hair—and some peace and quiet.
It’s hilarious, witty, slightly chaotic, and packed with incredible music. You’ll laugh, you’ll cringe at the royalty, and you’ll think twice before walking into any dark forests alone.
