How is Sculpture Made? Foundry Visit with Birmingham Sculpture and Artist Patty B. Driscoll

Have you ever wondered how the cast metal sculptures in the Museum’s collection are made? Join this visit to a metal arts foundry, Birmingham Sculpture, specializing in making custom metal artwork from design to finish. We will meet with artists and foundry owners John Stewart Jackson and Joe McCreary as well as artist and European Art Society member Patty B. Driscoll, whose Agatha Studio sculpted works are cast at the foundry. Closed toe shoes are required.

This program is limited to twenty participants. To secure your spot, please register using the link before. For questions, email Melanie Wright at membership@artsbma.org.

NOTE: This event is for Collectors Circle for Contemporary Art, European Art Society, and Friends of American Art support group members only. You must be an active member of one of these support groups to attend. Learn more on our Support Groups page.
