Friends Bookstore Hosting Pop-Up Bag Sale at Homewood Public Library

The Friends of the Homewood Public Library invite book lovers and bargain hunters alike to a special Pop-Up Bag Sale on Wednesday, July 31, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Friends Bookstore on the lower level.

During this one-day-only event, visitors can fill the brown grocery bag provided for just $5. The sale will feature a wide variety of gently used fiction and nonfiction titles, children’s books, cookbooks, and more.

Proceeds from the Friends Bookstore support library programs, services, and special initiatives that benefit the Homewood community.

“This is a great opportunity to build your home library while supporting the work we do,” said Laura Tucker, Administration Librarian. “There’s something for everyone, and you can’t beat the price!”
