Free Community Workout + AO Private Shop

Join Alabama Outdoors + X4 FIT for a FREE community workout at Alabama Outdoors Homewood on Saturday, October 17!

X4 FIT will lead an outdoor workout in the Alabama Outdoors parking lot featuring a mix of strength, conditioning, running, and equipment-based movements. The workout can be scaled for all fitness levels, so come ready to move whether you’re an X4 regular or just looking to try something new.

BONUS: Onward Physical Therapy in Homewood will also be joining us to offer FREE injury screenings for participants! It’s a great opportunity to check in on any aches, pains, or nagging injuries with their team.

After the workout, we’ll head inside Alabama Outdoors for a private shopping hour from 9–10 AM, featuring snacks, drinks, and an event-only 25% off full-price purchases for registered participants.
