Join us for a special evening as we celebrate the Dedication of the Sun Ra Hammond Solovox Exhibit at the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame on May 22. This exciting unveiling honors the legacy of Sun Ra, one of jazz’s most visionary and influential artists, and highlights his connection to Birmingham’s rich musical history.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the newly installed exhibit, featuring the iconic Hammond Solovox instrument associated with Sun Ra’s innovative sound and pioneering spirit.
