💪 Dance Conditioning: Splits 💪
This month’s Dance Conditioning classes focus on building the strength, mobility, and control needed for safer, more effective splits. We’ll work active flexibility, hip mobility, and supporting strength to help you deepen your splits without forcing or dumping into them.
Each session includes targeted strength work, mobility drills, and stretch training designed to support joint health, alignment, and long-term flexibility across all dance styles.
📅 When: Tuesdays | 6:00–7:00 p.m.
💲 Cost: $15 per class
