Community in Action: Airport Leadership Experience

Join the PMI Central Alabama Chapter for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes experience at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport.

Participants will visit active areas within the terminal where infrastructure improvements are underway, travel onto the airfield to see how planning, construction, operations, and safety converge, and hear directly from airport executive leadership.

The leadership discussion will explore how governance, regulatory oversight, communications, strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration support airport operations and modernization efforts.

Featured airport leaders include:
