FLOW MVMT is taking over City Walk Birmingham for our official launch—and we’re kicking things off with one big, high-energy movement experience.

We’re bringing three signature FLOW formats together for one event: Pilates FLOW, Vibe FLOW + Hip Hop Dance FLOW. Expect godo movement, big energy, and plenty of opportunities to try something new.
