Champagne & Oysters with Laurent-Perrier at Automatic

Join Poppi Monroe of Laurent-Perrier—the largest family-owned and female-led Champagne house—and Taylor Jordan of International Wines for an evening of champagne and conversation at Automatic Seafood & Oysters on Wednesday, March 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. Automatic will host a patio pop-up featuring Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut, Cuvée Rosé Brut, and Harmony Demi-Sec, offered by the glass, half-glass, or as a flight. A seafood-focused menu will be available to complement the pours, including raw oysters, marinated crab claws, Gulf ceviche, smoked fish dip, and a seafood tower. Guests are welcome to come and go throughout the evening to enjoy champagne, fresh seafood, and good company.
