CahabaQue BBQ Cook-Off

Join the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama (BCRFA) and Cahaba Brewing Co. on Saturday, April 12, 2025, for a fun-filled day of BBQ, beer, and bragging rights. CahabaQue, hosted at Cahaba Brewing Co., benefits the BCRFA and their mission to fund breast cancer research and save lives. Since 2013, CahabaQue has raised over $307,000 for the BCRFA to invest in cutting-edge breast cancer research across the state of Alabama.

CahabaQue features top-notch all-you-can-eat BBQ samples, live music, and craft beer. Cook teams will compete to win in a spirited backyard BBQ contest in categories such as “Best CahaButt,” “Best Sauce,” “People’s Choice Butt,” “People’s Choice Side,” and “Most Creative Team Name.”

The gates open at 12:00 p.m., with early access for VIP ticket holders at 11:00 a.m. The event runs until either 4:00 p.m. or until the BBQ runs out. Participants can vote for their favorite BBQ while making a difference. Make it a family affair and bring the whole family to vote for their choice of best BBQ!

General Admission tickets are $15 in advance for ages 11+. The price increases to $20 at the gate. Children 10 and under are free. VIP Tickets are $50 and include early admission at 11:00 a.m., access to the air-conditioned Redmont Distillery VIP Lounge, private bathrooms (no need to wait in line), and two beers or drinks throughout the day.
