BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama Kids Marathon
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama Kids Marathon is an innovative, endurance building program for children in kindergarten through 5th grades. Formerly part of Mercedes-Benz Marathon Weekend, the BCBSAL Kids Marathon continues the mission to foster and develop active lifestyle habits in Alabama’s kids. The 2026 live event will be hosted at Spain Park High School in Hoover, Alabama. Ample parking plus a spectator-friendly finish on the track make this year’s event accessible for the entire family. Expect food trucks, famous sports mascots and a superhero or two!
