Big Machine Petting Zoo
Big Machine Petting Zoo has been postponed from the original August 1st event date until Saturday, August 8th.
From giant construction equipment to safety machines, join us for the second annual “Big Machine Petting Zoo” at Your Birmingham Zoo. Big Machine Petting Zoo is on Saturday, August 8 from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Expect giant equipment from Thompson Tractor, Birmingham, and Homewood to explore in the zoo parking lot during the final weekend before school starts. This is a free event and great fun before heading in to visit your favorite animals at your Birmingham Zoo.
Come see your favorite big machines provided by:
- Thompson Tractor
- Birmingham Fire and Rescue
- Birmingham Department of Transportation
- Birmingham Department of Public Works
- Homewood Fire Department
- Homewood Police Department
