Adult Rowing Experience – on the Lake!
Are You Curious About Rowing? Experience What it’s Like to Row on Water!
Rowing is a fantastic full-body workout that you can enjoy outside, on a beautiful peaceful lake surrounded by nature! This session is designed to satisfy your curiosity about the sport – and/or to help you decide whether to take the next step and sign up for a full Learn-to-Row class.
Adults only (age 19-80+) Seats are limited, so you must sign up in advance.
Lake Purdy Rowing Association is an all-volunteer 501c3 dedicated to promoting the sport of rowing in the Greater Birmingham area.
Saturday May 16, 8am to 11am, $125 Tuition
