21st annual Salamander Festiva

21st annual Salamander Festival which will be held at the Homewood High School gym from 1;00 TO 4:30. The event is FREE.
It is a very family-friendly event with many arts & crafts activities for kids and adults.
The documentary “Salabama” will be shown at four intervals during the afternoon.
There will be a nature hike through the Homewood Nature Preserve adjacent to the High School.
Forty-one environmental organizations and vendors will be there to share their knowledge.
There will be salamanders, crayfish, snakes, birds, and other native species for people to observe.
“The Swinging Slythereens” will be providing live music throughout the afternoon.
