Adelaide will guide attendees through a powerful session focused on visualizing your 2026 and mapping out clear, achievable goals for both your personal and professional life. Throughout her presentation, she’ll share practical tools, visualization techniques, and strategic prompts to help you gain clarity and direction for the year ahead. To wrap up the session, Adelaide will host a 1:1 mini-workshop where she will personally assist each participant in creating a customized digital mood board on Canva.

Meet Our Facilitator: Adelaide Matte

Armed with $8K and a vision bigger than her dorm room, Adelaide Matte turned a college side hustle into AMD Creative: a branding agency that has made waves for over 800 brands by creating marketing strategies that achieve measurable growth.

What started as a one-woman show in 2017, quickly changed when she made her first hire within the first six months of her business. Now, eight years later, Adelaide leads a powerhouse team of ten women working across Canada, the United States, and Mexico to be your one-stop-shop for branding, social media, and design services.

Adelaide studied PR, Marketing, Creative Design, and Sales, from the University of Alabama. Along the way, she has earned seven ADDYs and was named Birmingham’s Top 30 Under 30. But what is she most proud of? Building strong client relationships to best understand their needs and to overdeliver.

Adelaide’s latest creation, Mermaid on the Moon, is a retreat brand under AMD Creative designed for female founders who want to realign, recharge, and reconnect with their businesses– while building intentional community. She also supports leaders through her coaching brand @coastthroughthecringe, helping them trade self-doubt for confidence and clarity.

When she’s not deep in strategy, color palettes, or brainstorming the next delicious brand concept, you can find Adelaide soaking up new cultures abroad, meeting new people, and crafting custom travel guides.
