Hoover’s new Riverwalk Health Center to feature Baptist Health and Seale Harris

Big healthcare news for Hoover: Baptist Health and Seale Harris Clinic are moving into Riverwalk.
Today, the Hoover Healthcare Authority, City of Hoover and CR Endeavors announced that they have signed Baptist Health and Seale Harris Clinic as lead tenants of the highly anticipated Riverwalk Health & Wellness Center in Hoover.
Health and wellness center to open in 2028
The project, which was first announced in 2023, is a 90-acre mixed-use district that includes 450,000 square feet of existing corporate offices. In addition to the health and wellness center, the multi-million dollar development includes luxury housing and retail.
The Riverwalk Health & Wellness Center is expected to open in 2028.

Baptist Health and Seale Harris Clinic are experienced healthcare providers
Baptist Health and Seale Harris Clinic are no strangers to the Birmingham healthcare market.
Baptist Health, which is majority owned and operated by Orlando Health, has a strong network of hospitals, outpatient centers and clinics throughout Jefferson, Shelby and Walker counties.
Seale Harris Clinic is a 100+ year-old primary care and family medicine practice in Central Alabama.
Signing Baptist Health and Seale Harris Clinic onto the Riverwalk project accomplishes the mission of the Hoover Healthcare Authority, which was created in 2021 by the City of Hoover, to expand access to healthcare services for Hoover residents and the surrounding communities.
Christy Roddy, Chief Strategy Officer for CR Endeavors, the master developer of Riverwalk Health & Wellness Center summed up why signing Baptist Health and Seale Harris is a big step forward for the development.
