Fashion retailer Aritzia opened its first Alabama location at The Summit in Birmingham today, Thursday, August 27.

The boutique sits between Pandora and Altar’d State, bringing the brand’s “Everyday Luxury” concept to the Birmingham market for the first time.

Founded in Vancouver in 1984, Aritzia operates more than 140 boutiques across North America.

What to expect inside

Aritzia designs each boutique as an immersive shopping experience rather than a standard retail space. The Summit location includes:

  • House-created playlists
  • 20th century-inspired European furniture
  • Curated artwork
  • An Atelier area with state-of-the-art lighting

On-site Style Advisors are also available for personalized styling appointments to help customers find the perfect outfit.

“Style Advisors are available at The Summit to support clients through their end-to-end boutique experience. They bring deep product and fashion knowledge to their service, thoughtfully helping clients find what works best for their personal style and needs, from occasion-driven dressing to wardrobe essentials.”
