Longleaf Lodge in Shelby County among new $1M+ building permits

Of 16 new million-dollar-plus building permits issued this past week across the state, nine are for projects in the Birmingham metro. Multiple permits were issued for Longleaf Lodge, a state-of-the-art, 60-bed residential substance use treatment facility in Shelby County. 

Those permits amount to around $8.4 million in construction costs for the $25 million project.
