Taqueria La Juanita, the popular authentic Mexican restaurant in Leeds has opened its second Birmingham-area location in Irondale.

Located next to the Waffle House at 1819 Crestwood Blvd., Taqueria La Juanita’s new dining space behind its food truck.

Staff told Bham Now, the new restaurant is family friendly and offers a wide variety of mexican favorites, including:

Tacos — beef, chorizo,marinated pork, pork rinds, chicken and tongue
Burritos — Beans, steak, vegetables and more
Quesadillas
Tortas — Sandwiches

Open daily from 10AM to 9PM, the restaurant also offers daily lunch specials.
