Founded by Ana Araujo and her family, the business originally began with Ana baking Mexican pastries and sharing her recipes on her YouTube channel, Pasteles LaMoreliAna, which now boasts more than 1.5 million subscribers. To give fans a way to taste the creations in person, the family launched their food truck.

While the food truck will continue to hit the road for major community events, the new brick-and-mortar storefront fills the food hall stall previously occupied by Ashley Mac’s Kitchen, giving locals a daily, air-conditioned spot to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Visitors can expect a full lineup of traditional Mexican pastries. Customer favorites include their signature churro cheesecake and their famous tres leches cakes, which come in a variety of flavors including vanilla, chocolate, coffee and strawberry.
