Simply Stuffed has opened at The Pinnacle in Trussville, bringing a DIY stuffed animal experience to kids, families and plushie fans.

If you have a stuffed animal-loving kiddo at home, need a sweet gift or are looking for a way to celebrate a special event in a unique way, Simply Stuffed is the place for you.

Here’s how it works:

  • Choose from 8-inch or 16-inch stuffed animals available.
  • Once you’ve chosen your animal, head to the stuffing station and bring your new plushie to life.
  • Then, shop outfits, accessories + more ways to give your creation its own personality.

If you’ve ever been to Build-A-Bear, Simply Stuffed offers a similar experience, but with more affordable pricing and a simpler setup. (Prices range between approximately $15-$20 per animal.)

Cute alert: Every stuffed animal comes with its own customizable birth certificate, complete with a name, birth date and official “Plush Ambassador” signature.

Prefer a quicker visit? You can skip the building process entirely and choose from pre-made stuffed animals that are ready to go home the same day. Some you’ll find include axolotls, cows, cats, pelicans and more.

Simply Stuffed isn’t just focused on cute creations—it’s also committed to sustainability. 

More than 75% of the shop’s plushies are made from 100% recycled fabrics, according to the store website. The company also uses eco-friendly packaging.
