Birmingham “exclusive” Curry Up Now menu item

In addition to the giveaways, the Curry Up Now Magic City location is also revealing a new exclusive “Birmingham-only” menu item called Bama Butter Chicken.
Here is the eatery’s description of new mouth-watering Curry-Up Now culinary creation:
“The Bama Butter Chicken, inspired by the legendary butter chicken in Old Delhi and finished through the lens of Alabama barbecue. The sauce leans lighter, creamier, and more buttery than Curry Up Now’s traditional version, with a look that nods to Alabama white sauce while still rooted in North Indian flavors.”
Other items on the menu include:
- Tikka masala burritos
- Naughty naan
- Deconstructed samosas
- Thali Platters
“Birmingham takes its food seriously. We didn’t want to come into Birmingham and just copy and paste another store. The smoked butter chicken came from sitting with the team and asking what would actually fit here.”
Akash Kapoor, founder of Curry Up Now
Curry Up Now was brought to Birmingham by Jignesh Patel, a local businessman who has called the Birmingham metro area home for more than 20 years. He plans to open three Curry up Now locations in the Magic City.
