Flowers are blooming across Birmingham and to celebrate spring, many Birmingham favorites have welcomed the warm weather with special-edition menus.
It’s the perfect time to explore whatโs new, sip something refreshing and soak in the sun. Keep reading for a few places you can savor limited-time spring-inspired drinks…cheers!
1. Cala Coffee

Get a spring in your step from a caffeinated option at local favorite, Cala Coffee. They’ve got an array of seasonal beverages, including a collaboration with local taqueria, Salud.
Calaโs spring menu currently features options like:
- Basil Lavender Latte: Basil lavender syrup, steamed milk + espresso
- Miso Cappuccino: Smoky miso, brown sugar syrup, steamed milk + espresso
- Berry Me in Bubbles: Espresso, tonic water + blueberry syrup lemon cold brew
