Forks up, foodies! The 17th annual Taste of Trussville, presented by Sysco Food Service, returns May 12. While the event is sold out, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy great local eats and support local—like Trussville Restaurant Week and Restaurant Week Bingo.

If you live in Trussville, you know it’s packed with great places to eat. And, on Tuesday, May 12, an amazing list of local favorites join together for one delicious night at the 17th Annual Taste of Trussville.

Each year, the event grows in popularity with more participating vendors and guests joining in the fun. 

“Taste of Trussville brings together incredible food, local restaurants, bakeries and our amazing community all in one place. With so many delicious samples to try, it’s truly a flavor of what makes Trussville so special. It’s always a fun night and definitely an event you don’t want to miss.”

This year’s event is presented by Sysco Food Service with supporting sponsorship from Avadian Credit Union, Prestige Alarm, Half Shell Oyster House and Iatria General Medicine, and will feature:

  • Tasty bites + sweet treats from 19+ local restaurants, bakeries + businesses serving their signature dishes. (Full list of vendors below!)
  • Live music from Elvis Rob Productions 
  • Free soft drinks + water from Birmingham Coca-Cola
  • The chance to vote for Crowd Favorite vendor. The winner gets an award presented by Trussville To Go.

What’s super exciting about Taste of Trussville is the next day kicks off Trussville Restaurant Week (TRW). From May 13–27, TRW shines a spotlight on the city’s many restaurants as they showcase flavorful menus and hot deals.

Here’s how it works:

  • Visit local participating restaurants, May 13–27.
  • Dine in or take out.
  • Grab a free Restaurant Week Bingo card at any participating restaurant or at the Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce at 400 Main Street.

Trussville Restaurant Week (TRW) offers something unique—Restaurant Week Bingo!

Here’s how it works:

  • Receive a TRW Bingo card filled with participating restaurants.
  • Purchase from restaurants listed on your Bingo card + receive a special stamp from each.
  • Get a row full of stamps, turn in your card at the Chamber and you’ll be entered into a drawing for fab door prizes.
